Jeff Feeney has been living and working in Napa since graduating from Chico State in 1990. The transition from Chico grad to Professional bartender was an easy one. After ten years of working in top flight restaurants and bars in Napa, Atlanta, NY and Chicago, Jeff decided to focus on a career where his skill set of: hospitality, personalty and tenacity could be applied. That's when he started working in Commercial Real Estate. Jeff's focus and growth has been a tried and true path of serving the customer, identifying opportunities and working hard. It is no secret to success: serve the customer, work hard, have a quick "no" and a slow "yes". At the end of the day, a successful transaction includes the right people, the right deal and the right timing. With this in mind, Jeff's philosophy is simple: "If we meet in person and get along, then let's work together to achieve your objective. We'll discuss what you want and why you want it, and then put a plan together. If we don't get along, then we'll just have a cup of coffee together and go our separate ways...no harm, no foul."
