Craig knew the area well and was able to close our deal quickly. He was easy to work with and always responsive and thorough. It was our first time buying a home so Craig was patient with all of our questions and in many cases answered questions we hadn't even thought to ask.

He keeps in frequent communication with updates and for exchange of ideas and is a great listener. He arranged and orchestrated the inspections, painting, repairs and landscaping efficiently, frugally, and seamlessly despite the challenges of extreme heat, wild fires, power outages and mandatory evacuations -involving his own property as well. It was mind boggling what he had to deal with, and he did so with such grace and professionalism, always with the focus of our best interest. Craig certainly exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend him! Our house sold in less than a week thanks to Craig!

We did not have a realtor and contacted Craig opportunistically. He was responsive at short notice and was a lovely person to work with throughout. We investigated numerous properties with Craig and he did homework on all of them. For some lots and properties we were interested in he visited them ahead of time and sent us excellent videos so that we could decide whether to go see them. His local knowledge of the area is excellent and his prior experience in building is also very useful when assessing the condition of property and/or the opportunity for development or remodeling. After looking at many diverse possibilities we were able to make a great choice and Craig was objective and helpful throughout. Craig went above and beyond in his support and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again or to recommend him to others.
