Prior to becoming a manager with Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley, Wes worked as a Mortgage Broker with Mortgage Solutions for nearly eight years. After graduating from Cal Poly, he began his career as a Project Manager for a large civil engineering company in their environmental planning department. Seeking to expand his expertise, Wes pursued and earned an MBA from Cal State Fullerton with a focus on financial management while working full-time.
In addition, Wes gained valuable experience working in the Planning, Building, and Environmental Services Department at the County of Napa. A committed community member, Wes was part of Leadership Napa Valley Class 31 and currently serves as the Treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of Napa.
Wes has been associated with CBBOV for almost eight years, actively participating in nearly every Napa meeting during that time, as well as attending meetings in St. Helena and Sonoma. He has regularly attended contract training classes, roundtables, company trips, and events, fully embracing the CBBOV Way and exemplifying the spirit of our organization.
