Deeply rooted in Napa Valley, Noelle Strouss brings a rare combination of local heritage, extensive real estate experience, and personalized service to every client relationship. A fifth generation Californian and granddaughter of one of St. Helena’s early real estate developers, Noelle’s connection to the region spans generations. Her family has been part of the St. Helena and Angwin communities since the 1950s, with three generations working in real estate, development, and construction.
Noelle began her real estate career in Beverly Hills over 25 years ago, managing the corporate office of Jon Douglas Company. She later spent ten years as a Senior REO Asset Manager, working with leading financial institutions and helping successfully close thousands of real estate transactions. This depth of experience sharpened her skills in property evaluation, negotiation, vendor management, problem-solving, and navigating complex transactions.
Today, Noelle specializes in luxury homes, distinctive properties, land, investment opportunities, and development throughout Napa Valley. Her approach is personal and discreet, pairing an intimate understanding of the local market with thoughtful strategy, strong negotiation, and meticulous attention to detail.
