After 8 years of working with buyers and sellers in Lake County, David J. Stearn joined the Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley team based in the Sonoma Valley. The wide variety of properties, from manufactured homes to country estates, and the relatively spread-out geography of Lake County helped me hone my transactional skills and learn to serve my clients with utmost efficiency, remarks David, who also has lived in Marin County and now, has settled in the Town of Sonoma. By way of background, David understands the construction business and knows how things are built. While living in Marin for over 20 years, he was a contractor partner in a painting and construction company. He also has professional experience in the film and television industries, having done program production and set construction. David says that he likes to fix things, and he thoroughly enjoys helping teach consumers, especially first time buyers, about the structural and mechanical aspects of the North Bay Association of REALTORS Bay Area Real Estate Information Service (BAREIS) homes they're purchasing.
